What payment modes do you accept?

Currently we accept payments made via Paypal, Mastercard and Visa.

We also accept payments by bank transfer.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free for domestic orders above SGD50. For orders under SGD50, a flat fee of SGD4.00 applies

When will my order arrive?

Delivery typically takes about 3-5 working days. All out listed products are in stock, so once the order is processed, they will be shipped out immediately.

What countries do you deliver to?

Currently we only accept orders within Singapore via our online store.

For international orders, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help you with your order.

How can I get in touch with you?

The best way to contact us is via our Contact Us page. We welcome any queries or feedback you may have and will respond as soon as we can.

Can I return an item and get a refund?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for your orders. If there is something wrong with the item that you receive, please get in touch with us within 3 days and we will be happy to send a replacement out to you. Products that are listed in our Bargains Corner, however, will not be eligible for replacement. The prices of these books have been marked down due to minor, cosmetic defects that should not affect a child's reading pleasure. Hence, there will be no replacements offered for those.
