About Us

The TamilBookShop is an online store specialising in Tamil books and educational materials targeted at emerging readers to primary school students in Singapore.

We carry a wide range of books written by Singaporean and Indian authors, as well as many from other international authors. Our catalogue comprises mainly of picture books, which are ideal for kindergarten and primary school children, who are still learning to read and understand the language.

We believe reading plays a huge part in gaining mastery of a language and the love of reading should be inculcated in children from an early age. To help parents with that task, we offer many engaging, illustrated board books that are wonderful for reading to babies and toddlers, to get them started on their reading journey.
